How to Apply for Registration of Measurement Facilities and Testing Laboratories

1. To apply for registration of a measurement facility, refer to VCCI 32-2: Rules for Registration of Measurement Facilities and apply online.
   • For initial registration, apply as specified in Article 3 of the above rules but you can also apply as specified in Article 15. Make sure your application satisfies the requirements in either article.
   • To renew a registration, apply as specified in Article 10.
2. When applying for registration of a measurement facility as specified in Article 3, use online registration. For the method, refer to the Facility Registration Web System Operation Manual. A registration fee is required.
3. For details about the fees for examining measurement facilities and testing laboratories, refer to Fees and Costs for Application of Facility on the VCCI Council website.
4. When applying for registration of a testing laboratory as specified in Article 15, use online registration. For the method, refer to the Laboratory Registration Web System Operation Manual. The registration is free of charge.
