Can nomenclature of ITE be general names of equipment? If not, are detailed machine types and product numbers required?

It is alright to use general names of equipment for conformity verification report, but it is necessary to use the concrete product type (model number) in the column for the machine type.

How am I expected to fill “Classification symbol” for ITE etc. in the conformity verification report” if my product has multiple functions, “m1u1w1” for example?

Multiple classification symbols cannot be entered, so please enter one classification symbol for the assumed representative function of the product.
