Dear members,

We hope this finds you well. Thank you for your ongoing support for VCCI Council.

We are writing to notify you about your annual membership fee. Your VCCI membership will renew automatically unless you specifically request to cancel your membership.
Every year around late April, renewed members are invoiced for the current fiscal year’s membership fee (from April of that year to March the next year). As a rule, invoices are addressed to the member’s designated contact point.

Note that if your contact point (email address or postal address) has changed, you must submit “form 9 Notice of Change: Membership List related”. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.

Please notify us if you would like to request any other changes such as to the membership fee payment period or invoice addressee.

If you would like to cease your VCCI membership activities at the end of FY 2024 (March 31, 2025) and cancel your membership, please notify VCCI through the following inquiry form. This form must be submitted two months before your requested cancellation date (i.e., the end of the fiscal year), by January 31, 2025 at the latest. (Note that the deadline is earlier than in prior years.)

Note that if we receive your request to cancel your membership after January 31, 2025, in February or March 2025, your cancellation will be processed in April 2025, so the system will issue you an invoice for FY 2025.
